Our customers spoke. Here’s what they said.
We hosted our annual customer meetups across Denmark — feedback straight from the people in MyCludo every day, and a few quotes we’ll be repeating for a while.
Every year, our ERFA meetings in Denmark give us the chance to sit down with the people who use Cludo every day — web editors, communications managers, and digital leads who live in MyCludo. This time, we came with questions. Here’s what we found.
Engaged customers, clear priorities
Sentiment was strongly positive — and the loyalty reasons customers gave said it better than we could: “Danish support. European product.” and “a product in development.”
The number one product request? AI — specifically, search and chat converging into one experience.
I’ve long wanted the search field and chatbot to merge. Sounds like I might get my wish.

A new frontier: finding things at work
For the first time, we asked about internal findability — and the responses were some of the most candid of the whole survey.
What customers want is simple in theory: one place to search across all of it, ideally with AI. It’s a space we’re paying close attention to.
Is it in a folder on OneDrive, a Teams site, an email, the intranet, ServiceNow, or — oh horror — ESDH.

The people who sell Cludo believe in it
It’s not just the organisations using Cludo every day that came away positive. The partners who recommend and implement our search solutions for their own clients shared the same sentiment — and that kind of trust is something we don’t take lightly.
Cludo is our preferred search engine to sell to our customers.

See you next year.
To everyone who showed up, shared their thoughts, and gave us time out of their schedule — it means a lot. We’re taking every bit of feedback back to the team!
